☆ Award-season logistics like updating contacts on CRM.

★ Established a functioning social media calendar and create content including:
☆ Original video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.
☆ Copywriting for static graphics, letters, CMAs, and working with agents for brokerage and done-for-you marketing content, releasing 20 posts a month to be used by over 1200 agents.
★ Social media outreach – facilitating social media partnership opportunities, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes to appropriate stakeholders.
★ Copywriting: designing assets for email marketing per communication calendar (6 – 8 emails per week) on Canva and building them on Active Campaign.
★ Re-working technical documents (TRREB Market Watch, and Urbanation data reports, Bank of Canada and OREA press releases, and various Federal Government Updates like Garden Suites, Flippers Taxes etc.).
★ Editing training recap videos, consolidating 1 hour into 7 minutes (twice a week), turning them into a Podcast and pulling snippets for microcontent.
★ Agent Portal Redesign for accessibility and improved UX/UI using Elementor.
★ Helping maintain/digitize management calendars.

Take A Look
This video is a strong example of some of my video capabilities, as I was a foundational part of its implementation.
To establish the video studio at the brokerage, I outlined the appropriate equipment to be purchased, including the camera body, lenses, filters, microphones, lighting, etc. Then sets had to be built.
Alongside our video editor, I put together the floor plans for professional lighting and camera setups, as well as video tutorials on how agents can replicate these setups.
The intention was so agents could book time in the studios, record the content they'd like for their social media (much of which is based on prompts and scrips I put together), and hand them off to our video editing team to put them together.
Then we would put together engaging videos using appropriate graphics, b-roll, and video techniques to ensure professional quality video and high-performing content for social media.
Disclaimer: I didn't shoot this video as it was against management policy, so the lighting and microphone placement is not per our guidelines, but I did the editing.
Stand out from the crowd
This is a more generic example of how I've used tools like Canva to create Reel / TikTok content that aids in calendar consistency (while serving to engage and strengthen the existing audience community).
In addition to strong copywriting skills, I'm able to leverage transcription tools, captions, and alternative text for strong SEO, motion graphics, and trending-audio curation, so that it is possible to turn simple carousel/infographic-style posts into high-performing videos.
Maintaining attention is a vital component to winning with algorithms, and engaging the senses with music and visual movement far outclasses standard practices for many organizations - being able to do so consistently is a rarity.
Given my familiarity with the tools and techniques employed, the potential applications of these skills are extensive. From consistent, branded content for various social media channels, to engaging announcements for new initiatives, roll-out content, and paid campaign content.
